Getting Started

To get started, book a consultation.

In our first session, we will review your Health History Form and discuss your goals and current health status. Together, we will review the health goals you've always imagined for your life and a roadmap to get started.

If you lack motivation and want to improve your health on and off the plate, this is a sign to get started!

The Dos and Don’ts of Health Coaching

Health Coaches Will:

Ask questions of their clients to help initiate deep thought and clarity.

Connect and work with healthcare providers in a supportive role for their clients.


Educate their clients on topics related to health, wellness, and transformation.

Ask their clients what they want to change and allow their clients to help set their own goals.

Empower their clients to become personally accountable for their own health.

Support and motivate their clients in managing their own health with educational resources.

Health Coaches Won’t:

Diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any disease or condition.


Run tests or interpret lab results.

Impose to their clients what changes to make.

Provide medical advice.
